Erin Mills Development Corporation
In the early 1980s, the Muzzo family joined with a select group of other prominent developers to form The Erin Mills Development Corporation. Together, they have overseen the planning and development of almost 7,000 acres of prestigious residential, commercial and industrial lands within the City of Mississauga, which is today known as Erin Mills. Since its inception in 1983, the community is now home to almost 26,000 low- and high-rise residences, and over 3.5 million square feet of commercial and industrial space have been developed and leased by The Erin Mills Development Corporation.
